On 19 November, the guest of the Free Thought University was well-known economist and teacher Elchin Rashidov. He talked about learning and reforms in Azerbaijani education.  

Before starting, I’d want to apologize to Isaac Newton’s memory for rough paraphrasing of his third law of motion. I’ve always opposed attempts to apply laws of nature to society. Therefore, I would not like to be perceived as if I’ve changed my opinion now.
